LHR, the Longhorn Reloaded Project, was today given a ‘Cease and Desist” by Microsoft. This is odd, considering that the LHR team and others had contacted MS beforehand telling them of their mission. The response wasn’t to stop, it was more of a “we don’t really care what you do”. However, a week or so after the first public release, MS told them to stop. It is now dead.
